Umut Apartments

During our recent visit to Trabzon, we had the pleasure of staying at Umut Apartments for four nights in July. Our experience at this property was overwhelmingly positive, with numerous aspects worth highlighting. First and foremost, the location of Umut Apartments is incredibly convenient. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, and several restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. This made it easy for us to find everything we needed and explore the local dining options without any hassle. The staff at Umut Apartments deserves special recognition for their excellent service. Omran and Rumaisaa were particularly helpful throughout our stay. Rumaisaa went above and beyond to provide us with recommendations for restaurants, car parks, and places to visit. Her attentiveness on WhatsApp was remarkable, as she promptly addressed all our requests and queries. The level of service we received from the staff was beyond our expectations, and we truly couldn't have asked for better assistance. One notable aspect of the property is its cleanliness. Umut Apartments maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout, and there was a pleasant and refreshing smell throughout the premises. This attention to cleanliness added to our overall comfort and satisfaction during our stay. In terms of parking, there is on-road parking available in front of the apartments. Although it may be a concern for some, we found it to be quite safe and always accessible. This convenience further enhanced our experience, as we had peace of mind knowing that our vehicle was securely parked. Moreover, Umut Apartments provided all the necessary items for our stay. The staff was incredibly cooperative and accommodating, promptly fulfilling our requests for any missing items. Whether it was a fry pan, tea spoons, or a tissue box, they provided them with a big smile, ensuring that we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

1-The location is great near to airport and very near to restaurant and supermarket 2-easy access no traffic in and out 3- parking available all time 4- very friendly staff and very helpful 5- apartment is clean and having AC.

Good location, closed to a road full of restaurants and grocery shops. close to car rental offices. Imran was very nice and hospitable.

The room is clean, cozy and full of sun light. Near from the airport and Fourm mall. And also nearby many restaurants and supermarkets. Roads to the hotel wide, comfortable and straight.

Nice bedrooms, good location near major roads and nearby nice cafe (Yemen Kahvesi) and busy street with lots of restaurants/cafes, staff try to be helpful and are around to help (don't speak much English). Good kitchen
